Bracetown Block C refit
Description
The project included demolishing 5,000 ft² of 1980s single-storey offices and constructing a new 30,000 ft² three-storey office extension. Works included structural steel, roofing, cladding, 3,000 m² of raised access flooring, and a curtain wall on the main elevation. The A-rated building will featured modern airtightness, heat recovery, and air circulation systems. High-quality finishes included ceramic floor tiling, stainless steel handrails, bespoke glass stairwells, and solid ash joinery. Additional works included two passenger lifts, drainage, a 160-space car park, and a new ESB substation with pipework under a public road to ESB and roadway specifications.

MTEK Building
Description
The project involved a digital hub extension at MTEK in Monaghan, adding a single-storey foyer and two-storey office block to the existing steel-framed, clad building. Works included modifications to existing siteworks and services, with traditional block infill construction, prestressed concrete upper floors, triple-glazed aluminium windows, and a seamed aluminium roof. High-spec internal finishes and refurbishment of existing corridors were also included.

Bracetown Logistics Hub and Warehouse (A02)
Description
The project involved the construction of a new 105,000 ft² warehouse and distribution centre, including 4,000 ft² of office space and truckers' accommodation. The warehouse featured an FM1 super flat floor finish to support a high bay racking system up to 14.5 metres in height. Works also included external drainage, associated site works, a 200-space car park, and a full turnkey finish.

Manor Farms
Description
The project involved the demolition of the existing security office and the construction of new logistics offices for goods-in operations at the mill site. Works included external drainage, landscaping, kerbing, tarmac, and all associated site works. A new canteen was delivered to a turnkey finish, catering for up to 400 staff. The project also included the construction of a new access roadway into the production plant, new staff and visitor car parking, and a new boiler house to service the updated facilities.

3A Foamalite Ltd
Description
The project included a new car park, fire water retention tank, full drainage relay, and new concrete yards, along with a 500,000-litre underground water storage tank.
The main office entrance and car park were redeveloped, and internal factory works facilitated a new production line and crane, all while keeping the existing facility operational. Over 1,500m³ of concrete was poured without causing downtime, with all work completed in phases.
