The new indoor centre for Longford Athletic Club featured a robust steel structure complemented by Kingspan insulated wall and roof panels, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency. The design included modern curtain wall glazing, providing ample natural light and a sleek appearance. Delivered as a turnkey project, the facility encompassed all associated site works such as landscaping and fencing. Specialist floor surfacing was installed to accommodate a running track, long jump, pole vault, and other athletic activities, making it a comprehensive training venue for athletes.

St. Patrick's College Cavan
Description
The refurbishment of the existing handball alleys involved upgrading public access to include DAC and ambulant disabled access toilet facilities, ensuring improved accessibility for all users. The project required the demolition of the old handball alleys, followed by the construction of a new wing and comprehensive refurbishment of the remaining structure. This included new roofing, cladding, external windows and doors, as well as high-quality internal finishes such as joinery, plastering, painting, and a full mechanical and electrical fit-out. All associated site works were completed, including the installation of tarmacadam at the front of the building to enhance its appearance and functionality.

Ballymachugh GAA
Description
The extension to Ballymachugh GAA Clubrooms included the construction of a portal frame with a wide slab first floor area, creating a spacious modern facility. This complete new build featured high-quality internal finishes and a turnkey fit-out of new gym and changing facilities. A dedicated boiler house and pumping station were also constructed to accommodate essential services. Importantly, the existing clubhouse remained fully operational throughout the works, ensuring uninterrupted use for members while the improvements were carried out. All associated site works were completed to deliver a functional and upgraded club environment.

Shercock Athletic Club
Description
The construction of a new athletics club involved the erection of a steel frame structure, complete with roof and wall sheeting, as well as the installation of specialised internal floor track finishes. The project also encompassed all associated site works, including the connection was the implementation of directional drilling operations, which were carefully conducted between an existing school and a nearby petrol station to minimise disruption. Throughout the duration of the project, the outdoor athletics track remained accessible and in use by patrons, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing athletic activites.

Carlanstown/ Kilbeg Community Development Organisation
Description
Carlanstown Community Centre was a standalone, two-storey purpose built facility located on a greenfield site at Deerpark Carlanstown, Kells, Co. Meath. The ground floor featured office and canteen facilities that support the public function area, while the upper level hosted a multifunctional meeting space, accessible via a passenger lift. The construction took place on a live, functioning recreational area where maintaining public access and ensuring safety were of the utmost importance throughout the project.
