Description
The project involved the amalgamation of three existing commercial units into one unit and changed its use to Cavan Civil Defence Headquarters, incorporating vehicle/equipment storage, training facilities, canteen/welfare facilities and office space and all other associated works. Demolition of the 3 individual internal office areas in each unit was carried out. Demolition of existing ground floor slab was done to allow for pad foundations for new steel frame to be constructed. Installation of new internal two storey office/administration space was completed. Installation of all associated site works including standard power supply, data supply, foul sewer connections, surface water sewer connections and connection to existing watermain and all other associated services related works including floor finishes, ceiling finishes painting, electrical work, etc., was completed.

Description
The project involved the construction of fully serviced industrial unit in a greenfield site, which consisted of a steel portal frame, cladding and food grade wall panels, blockwork to front units and around office/changing area, where a precast floor slab was provided over for packaging storage. Works included the construction of a new site entrance from the existing service road, connection to existing public services, and associated site development works.

Lakeland Dairies
Description
The project involved the construction of new boundary fencing and a roadway, along with the reconstruction of junction R178. It included new drainage and manhole works for a road crossing, the shuttering and pouring of a new concrete retaining wall, and the installation of steel railings. RBC served as both the PSCS and the main contractor for the project.

Ballybay Enterprise Centre, Co. Monaghan
Description
The project involved the upgrade of existing industrial units to food grade (high and low grade) facilities. Renovation of 5nr 150m2 traditional single storey portal frame industrial units was carried out, including demolition and alterations to open-plan layouts, followed by the cladding and lining of floors, walls, and ceilings with high-grade food-safe finishes. Standard sockets, lighting, and fittings were stripped back and replaced with IP65 grade electrical fittings. Roller shutter doors were replaced and aluminium double-glazed external completions were installed. Drainage runs were replaced, and the works were certified.

DPD (formally Interlink Ire.)
Description
The new Interlink hub facility for DPD (formerly Interlink Ireland) featured a complex structural framework, complete with roof and wall cladding. The facility included a 6000m² sorting hall with an FM2 concrete floor, a 1000m² logistics storage area with an FM1 superflat floor, and a three-storey office block. Additionally, car park facilities were provided on a 7-acre site.
