Description
This projected included the erection of 2no. two storey residential units’ approximately 87sq.m each on a slopping site. The existing mid terraced property was significantly fire damaged and was demolished in full. There was no access to the property due to the extremely poor condition. The works included landscaping to the site to the rear of the units including the provision of private gardens. The project included all internal and external finishes including cavity wall and attic insulation in line with building regulations. Extensive works to the outside of the boundary including connections to public water supply and drainage networks. - erection of boundary walls to the rear of the townhouses and all associated site works while all adjoining properties remained occupied.
