The facilities consist of four new mainstream classrooms, a science laboratory, home economics room, textiles room, applied technology room, a technology preparation area, two new DCG rooms, locker room, reception area, administration offices, stairs, lift and all associated site works.

Extension and refurbishment of St. Oliver Plunkett's Primary School, Balrothery, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
The works comprised of a single-storey extension to the existing Primary School comprising of 7 new mainstream classrooms, 3 new resource rooms, a new entrance lobby and reception office.
Upgrading mechanical and electrical services within the existing school and to include for refurbishment and new finishes.
External works consist of drainage services, new ramps, steps, retaining walls, hard & soft landscaping.
The site is an existing Live Primary School site at Coach Road, Balrothery, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin and remained functional during the construction phases.

New ASD Unit at St. Peter's College, Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
This product consisted of the construction of a new single storey ASD Unit to the south of the existing school building comprising of 4nr safe place rooms, central activities room, office storage, WCs, Single Storey entrance hall linking the new extension to the existing school building, outdoor play area, sensory garden, 3nr replacement ball courts to be located north of the existing pitch, disabled parking to front of new extension, fencing/ boundary treatment and all associated drainage and siteworks.
