Description
The project involved the renovation of a Georgian property originally built in the 1800s. The scope included the demolition of a single-storey extension at the rear while carefully retaining the front façade and internal staircase in accordance with a preservation order. The development resulted in 5,000 square feet of commercial space spread over two floors, along with standalone offices on the third floor, each measuring 1,200 square feet. Located on a busy main street, the site was securely hoarded and cordoned off to ensure pedestrian access to the footpath was safely maintained throughout the construction process.

Description
The project involved the restoration and redevelopment of a listed Georgian property, originally built in the 1800s. As part of the renovation, an existing element of the building was demolished, while ensuring the retention of key historical features such as the front façade and internal staircase, in compliance with the preservation order. Situated on Main Street in Athlone, traffic management systems were implemented, including hoarding and cordoning off the site, to allow safe pedestrian access along the footpath. The works also included all associated drainage and site works. The redevelopment focused on creating 5,000 square feet of shopping floor space, which was fully fitted out to turnkey specifications. This comprehensive fitout included mechanical and electrical systems, line plastering internal joinery, and high quality floor finishes, ensuring a modern, functional space while respecting the building's historic significance.

Cootehall Community Centre, Co. Roscommon
Description
The old Cootehall Garda Barracks was fully refurbished and converted into a community centre for the Cootehall Communtity Group. The project included re-roofing with new gutters, treatment of roof timbers, and restoration of external windows and doors. Internally, the building received updates to mechanical, electrical, and joinery works, plastering, slabbing, a kitchenette, stairwells, and a soft floor finishes. An Electro Osmosis DPC was installed, along with a new tarmacadam finish for the yard.

Clones Post Office, Co. Monaghan
Description
Built in 1903 the Old Clones Post Office in Clones Co Monaghan is a Heritage listed Building situated in a central location of the Town. The project consisted of the refurbishment, reroofing and re-slating in conjunction with the Arts Council and included: ~Replacement gutters, restored external windows and doors. ~Treatment of roof timbers for dry rot, crack stitching and wall anchoring of deteriorated walls.
~New lime plastering and masonry repair. Complete revamp of all internal floors and soft furnishings.
~Full mechanical, electrical and audio visual services.
~Hoarding off and cordoning off the area to enable pedestrians to have continued usage to the foot path and post box
